Role Overview:

As a Partner Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen our partnerships and enhance our market presence. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead innovative projects, and directly contribute to our company's success. Key Responsibilities:

1.Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our corporate goals and partnership objectives.

2.Coordinate with partners to launch joint marketing campaigns, ensuring mutual benefit and brand alignment.

3.Analyze market trends and partner feedback to recommend improvements to marketing strategies and practices.

4. Organize and participate in events that build brand awareness and strengthen partner relationships.

5.Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities and campaigns.

Job Scope:

Strategic Partnerships Development

1.Identifying and establishing relationships with companies whose offerings complement or enhance the organization's products and services.

2.Negotiating and structuring partnership agreements that are mutually beneficial.

3.Aligning with partners on joint goals and strategies to go to market effectively.

4.Facilitate executive alignment between companies

5.Share insights on market trends and dynamics

Solution Development Collaboration

1.Collaborating on product development to create integrated solutions that combine the strengths of each partner's offerings.

2.Ensuring interoperability and compatibility between partner products and solutions for a seamless customer experience.

3.Guide internal teams on partnership leverage

Joint Marketing and Co-Branding Initiatives

1.Planning and executing joint marketing campaigns to promote the partnership and its offerings.

2. Organizing co-branded events, webinars, and trade shows to showcase joint solutions and demonstrate industry leadership.

3.Identify marketing initiatives to apply for partner MDF funding, thereafter negotiate with partners to collect funding.

Sales Enablement and Support

1.Equipping the sales teams of both partners with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively sell joint solutions.

2.Facilitating communication and collaboration between sales teams to maximize opportunities and streamline the sales process.

Performance Monitoring and Relationship Management

1.Regularly assessing the performance of partnerships to ensure they meet strategic objectives.

2. Maintaining and nurturing relationships with partners through regular communication, meetings, and feedback sessions.

Compliance and Governance

1.Ensuring that partnerships comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

2. Overseeing the governance of partnerships to maintain alignment and resolve conflicts.

Relationship Management

1.Develop and manage strategic relationships

2.Maintain high-level executive sponsorship

3.Identify issues and enhance partnership value

4.Foster collaboration between both companies

Minimum Qualification:

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PPT, Excel, email, etc.).

2. Exceptional English/Chinese writing and speaking skills with a TOEIC score of 850 or above.

3. Experience in online campaign management, including analytics and optimization.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2. 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on partner or B2B marketing.

3. Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand, product, and channel management.

4. Proficient in digital productivity tools, including Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms.

5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.

Preferred Skills & Abilities:

1. Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.

2. Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.

3. Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

4. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

5. Self-motivated, strong disciplined and attentive to details.

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skill, and a team player
