Job Description

  • Over 5 years of experience in the semiconductor sector, focusing on patent preparation and prosecution.
  • Proficient in English, with the ability to draft applications, respond to Office Actions, and communicate effectively with US Patent Attorneys.
  • Preference for candidates who are licensed Taiwan Patent Attorneys or Patent Agents.
  • Experience with patent applications for TSMC or certifications recognized by TSMC is required.
