Key Responsibilities
- Guidance and Support:
- Provide expert guidance to Franchise and Product Managers regarding the Patient Access Program (PAP) concept document and SOP.
- Assist in training and educating teams on PAP issue handling and resolution processes to ensure smooth operation.
- Approval of Applications:
- Review and approve applications for free goods request, ensuring compliance with company policies and program regulations.
- Vendor Performance Oversight:
- Oversee the performance and efficacy of PAP vendors, ensuring they meet established service levels and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain monthly reporting templates to track key performance indicators, including:
- Number of applications received
- Number of complimentary injections or boxes delivered to each hospital
- Request and analyze monthly written reports and statistical updates on program status from vendors.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Facilitate regular check-in meetings with the PAP Committee and/or smaller working groups to discuss program progress, challenges, and strategies for improvement.
- SOP Ownership and Auditing:
- Act as the PAP Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) owner and overall process owner, ensuring that the SOP is updated and adhered to.
- Serve as the primary point of contact during audits related to the PAP, ensuring that all necessary documentation and evidence are readily available and compliant with internal standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with various cross-functional teams, including Compliance, Legal, and Marketing, to ensure that all aspects of the PAP are compliant with regulatory standards.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for program improvement and recommend changes to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the PAP.
Qualifications
l Project management and Vender Management experience is plus
