Job Description
The Assistant will provide administrative support to the C-levels, ensuring efficient and effective operations of special projects. The role requires good organizational skills, and a willingness to take on a range of tasks.
Responsibility
- Assist in the expense claims for company expenses and for C-level executives
- Assist in data entry, maintaining the date and the filing system
- Work closely across all functions and all business entities
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution, graduate with accounting/business management or related field is preferred
- Relevant work experience in accounting is preferred
- Basic knowledge in tax law is preferred
- Ability to adapt within a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organization, written and verbal communication skills
- Strong sense of responsibility, and very high level of integrity
- Friendly, transparent, and driven to learn
- Excellent ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
