Job Summary :
The Personalized Healthcare Partner (PHC Partner) must have a strong purpose to enable the innovative personalized healthcare models to achieve the right patient at the right time and to achieve Innovating Diagnostics, Crafting Healthcare and Changing Lives in Taiwan .
You are responsible for co-creating the coordinated healthcare solutions with all collaborators in the Precision Oncology field. You work closely with external stakeholders to refine, pilot and implement NGS/PHC related strategies in Taiwan. You are the Primary Point of Contact to deliver better outcomes for patients and the ecosystem, and acts as an empowered leader and the local face of Roche.
In addition, you will be encouraged tbuildte synergy and collaborate closely with other commercial teams in Roche Diagnostics Taiwan, external partners, Roche Pharma Taiwan, APAC & global teams when delivering and completing the above mentioned strategies.
Last but not least, you must have the will and tenacity to inspire change & improvements in the Taiwan healthcare ecosystem and truly live and deliver the Roche motto of Doing now what patients need next.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities :
Strong sense of responsibility and achieving results, strong customer focus/orientation.
Focus on in-depth scientific discussions, product promotion and partnerships/projects within the FMI ecosystem.
Focus on the importance of taking the outside in, working with partners to uncover all potential opportunities to develop the solutions and to achieve better and faster patient outcomes. You also bring the inside out, to bring Roche expertise, science and knowledge to the ecosystem.
Acts as trusted partner and is the primary (but non-exclusive) point of contact between collaborators and Roche the PHC Partner shares the patient and collaboratorr community needs internally, prioritizes and secures resources, and drives solutions that deliver outcomes faster.
Proactively identify clinical practice gaps and unmet medical needs within the Precision Oncology filed, with the aim of promoting the clinical adoption of FMI. This involves personalized treatments based on individual patients specific disease profiles using FMI reports.
Acts, by being responsible for the patient journey in its entirety, as a system thinker with the ability to identify shared purpose among stakeholders and leverages this to co-create solutions with stakeholders in the ecosystem.
Ensuring phenomenal experiences whenever stakeholders in the ecosystem engage with Roche employees, products and services.
PHC Partner is empowered to pull in expertise and resources locally and from the network as needed.
Serve as a vital source of input regarding capabilities, skills and resources needed from the team.
Requirements of the Job :
Education :
A bachelor's degree in medical/pharmaceutical/public health/marketing/management related field. A sophisticated (master's or doctorate) degree is preferred.
Experience :
Good Compliance track record. No material Compliance violation is identified in the past 5 years
5+ years of work experience in FMI/NGS related field, with the proven track of driving customer centric ways of working.
Specific Knowledge & Skills :
Good knowledge of Compliance requirements and clear understanding of high standards of Integrity
Experience in scientific engagement and insight identifying
Pharmaceutical/NGS scientific knowledge (including molecular biology and bioinformatics etc.) and market characteristics
Experience in the principles and techniques of data analysis, interpretation, and assessment of clinical relevance for the purpose of understanding and communicating FMI reports and clinical study results
System thinker and deep listener
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills including partnering with TAE's and organizations is required. Experience partnering with PAGs is highly desired.
Experience leading a Cross-functional team is required. Experience in both formulating cross-functional strategies and orchestrating cross-functional teams is highly desired.
Strong business acumen with desired expertise in commercialization, medical and customer experience excellence
Able to understand and leverage digital means and tools is desired
Deep experience in agile ways of working is desired
