Role Purpose:

The success of this role is through the success of each PJP. Where each PJP is a highly proficient individual, being seen as a partner in their ecosystem, working as the connector between Roche and healthcare systems to achieve Triple Win.

PJP team lead accelerate ecosystem toward self-managed team
Accelerate PJPs to achieve the desired outcomes of embedding into ecosystems, achieving a deep understanding of patient journey, and develop strategy & tactics to deliver Triple Wins (win for patients, healthcare system, and Roche).
Catalyze the customer engagement model to demonstrate a critical, entrepreneurial, customer-focused mindset and a passion for creating lasting value with customers for patients. Always looking for and able to see the big picture.
Catalyze network way of working to enable PJPs to work as partners with ecosystem/squad within the affiliate, as well as, global counterparts connections across networks to bring and share new knowledge and solutions.
Role Scope:
Accelerate PJPs to achieve the desired outcomes of embedding into ecosystems by
works with PJPs to deepen knowledge of patient journey and triple win to enable team to make decision and priority purposefully.
coaches PJPs as expert to discuss sciences of DA/Product to ensure Roche products benefit to right patients
has contracted with PJPs for ecosystem and individual goals (alignment with Squad).
architects framework for TWD and facilitates PJPs to discuss individual STO/signals/forecast, invite squad/enablers to comment and ensure having following up actions and see the improvement.
supports PJPs learning journey to see the individual contribution/impact.
continuous sensing and collect signals via check-ins, group meetings, TWDto bring insight into actionable development plan and in turn regular check ins with cluster lead to exchange ideas for team need and people development
enable individuals to continue to self develop & empower/self accountable
works with PPoC coaches to build feedback culture so PJPs are self-authoring in their own development and continuously develop what excellent looks like.
works with the team collaboratively and shares expertise across the organization to remove silos and redundancy to ultimately support common pursuit of the North Star.
Lead is responsible for people/business administration.
Lead is responsible for people deployment to ensure talent fluidity and resource optimization.
Lead acts as a guardian and drives the team's climate and culture of high standards of compliance, ethics and safety putting patients at the center of all actions be accountable for requirements as set out in Taiwan laws, IRPMA Code, Roche policies and SOPs, by partnering with Legal and Compliance, RSS and other functions.

Lead works and aligns with the ANL, squad lead, and chapter lead to ensure having the same goals, resource optimization and process simplification.
Lead works with PPoC coaches to build psychological safety and feedback culture.
Lead adopts global resources to enable better achievements/outcomes locally.
Lead is resourceful while keeping up with network cross-affiliates.

Requirements:
Education:
University degree (scientific, economic, or business degree). An advanced degree in Life science and/or MBA is a plus.
Working Experience:
Experience in leading cross-functional team
Strong business acumen with desired expertise in commercialization, medical and customer experience excellence
Deep experience in agile ways of working is required.
Excellent proficiency in planning and managing resources deployment.
Good Compliance track record. No material Compliance violation is identified in the past 5 years.
Skills & Knowledge:
System thinker and deep listener and communicator
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills including partnering with TAE's and organizations
Deep understanding of patient journey(s) and related treatments in defined disease area(s), enabling engagement at the professional level.
Clear understanding of Roche's present portfolio and future pipeline, such that they can work on future-based solutions
Able to understand and leverage digital means and tools is required.
Good knowledge of Compliance requirements and clear understanding of high standards of Integrity
Competencies:
Fluent in the local language. Proficient in English to collaborate internally across the broader Roche enterprise is highly desired
