Responsibilities
Team Introduction: TikTok is an international short video platform covering 150 countries and regions. We hope to discover real and interesting moments through TikTok and make life better. TikTok has offices around the world, with global headquarters in Los Angeles and Singapore, and offices in New York, London, Dublin, Paris, Berlin, Dubai, Jakarta, Seoul and Tokyo. The product functions that the TikTok content discovery team is responsible for cover all the scenarios of TikTok content distribution, including core scenarios such as homepage search and recommended information flow, and meet the needs of users to discover content through personalized means and product functions. Here, there are experts leading the team to explore the frontier and break through the imagination space. Here, every line of your code will serve hundreds of millions of users. Here, the team is professional and pure, and the cooperative atmosphere is equal and relaxed. 1. Design and build various LBS business data review and data quality inspection platforms such as POI, AOI, and coding for overseas multi-team collaboration 2. Design and build outsourcing management platforms for new personnel training and examinations, daily output management, etc. for multiple teams in multiple locations in China and overseas 3. Design and build a monitoring system and analysis platform for lean production and efficiency improvement across the entire platform 4. Collaborate with PM, AI algorithm engineers and outsourced operation teams around the world to improve production efficiency.
Qualifications
1. Solid programming skills, good data structure and algorithm foundation, and excellent system design ability 2. Familiar with common components such as database and big data processing, able to quickly locate the root cause and promote problem solving according to the problem 3. Good communication skills and demand understanding ability, efficient collaboration with PM, AI algorithm engineers and outsourced operation teams at home and abroad to promote efficient iteration of the platform 4. Have a strong sense of ownership, good learning ability, and be able to learn and grow quickly with the team 5. Those with experience in building and optimizing content production platforms such as LBS, news, video, and online articles are preferred.
