Job Description:
In this role, you will work on successful deployment of advance platform extraction solution for Synopsys implementation products. This will involve working closely with internal engineers to develop innovation methodologies to solve customer problems and to improve Synopsys tools.
- Responsible for designing, developing parasitic RC modeling algorithms, troubleshooting, and debugging software programs
- Exercises judgment in selecting methods and techniques to obtain solutions
- Works on team-based or task-oriented projects
- Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project
- Collaboration with different R&D teams and foundry
Key Qualifications:
- Requires a minimum of 3+ years of related experience
- BS/MS in EE, Microelectronics, CS or relevant
- Ability to develop software in C, C++ and background in data structures and algorithms.
- Understanding of process modeling, parasitic RC and field solver is preferred
- Teamworking skills, work well with colleagues from all the other roles in the development process
- Has an excellent desire to learn and explore new technologies and demonstrates good investigation and problem-solving skills
- Prior knowledge and experience of CAD tool development is preferred
