Platform Product Manager - Douyin E-commerce

1. Responsible for the design and implementation of risk control middle and back-end products involved in e-commerce platform governance, and provide flexible penalty measures and product capability support for risk control governance, including: merchant entry qualification center, penalty & audit center, rule engine center, data center, self-service troubleshooting tools, etc. 2. In-depth understanding of platform governance strategies and e-commerce business knowledge, abstract and implement corresponding product solutions 3. Promote internal communication, collaborate with business teams, algorithms, and R&D teams to ensure smooth teamwork and collaboration between different products.

1. 5 years or more of working experience in mid- and back-end operation systems, rule engines, or mid- and back-end product managers 2. Excellent logical thinking ability, teamwork ability, communication ability, and self-driving ability 3. Excellent cross-departmental collaboration ability, strong self-drive, result-oriented, and responsible for results 4. Bonus points: experience in operation efficiency tools, e-commerce experience, or risk control experience.
