Advantechs SOM products are extensively used across various vertical markets. Products including COM Express, COM HPC, SMARC, and SOM DTOS. You will be responsible for the sustainable growth of these four product lines, leveraging company resources for maximum impact.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 10+ project managers in planning and developing embedded computer modules (COM Module).
- Formulate product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies based on industry trends and customer needs.
- Provide strategic direction and professional guidance to achieve performance goals.
- Propose innovative product concepts and features to maintain a competitive product portfolio.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure product success.
- Ensure product quality meets company standards and resolve any quality issues.
- Develop and enhance the skills of the project management team for high performance.
Requirements:
- Over 5 years of experience in product management.
- Experience in x86 product development.
- Ability to plan and execute business plans.
- Experience in visiting overseas customers and participating in international exhibitions.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience in brand management and marketing.
