The product functions that the TikTok content discovery team is responsible for cover all the scenarios of TikTok content distribution, including core scenarios such as homepage search and recommended information flow, and meet the needs of users to discover content through personalized means and product functions. Here, there are experts leading the team to continuously explore the frontier and break through the imagination space. Here, every line of your code will serve hundreds of millions of users. Here, the team is professional and pure, and the cooperative atmosphere is equal and relaxed. 1. Participate in the design and optimization of algorithms and strategies such as overseas POI quality access and standardization, aggregation, and fusion, and continuously improve POI coverage and quality 2. Participate in the data quality mining and optimization of overseas POI names, addresses, coordinates, categories, and false data to improve data quality 3. Participate in the continuous optimization of labels and relationship mining models such as POI master and sub-points, chain brands, etc., to support the continuous optimization of various application services and scenarios such as recommendation and search 4. Participate in the continuous optimization of algorithms related to the intelligent production of POI data.
Qualifications
1. Solid programming skills, good data structure and algorithm foundation, and excellent system design ability 2. Experience in NLP, machine learning, deep learning, data mining and other fields (such as text classification, entity recognition, POI aggregation and fusion, data heat mining, time series mining, image entity recognition, etc.), practical experience in common problems and optimization of AI professional technology in applications 3. Experience in data quality optimization and mining in the LBS field, and those who are familiar with POI data-related definitions and specifications are preferred 4. Those who have overseas multi-language related data mining experience and LBS data compliance processing experience are preferred 5. Good communication skills and demand understanding ability, can work with PM to promote efficient iteration of projects from a business perspective 6. Excellent data analysis, problem summary and problem-solving skills, and passionate about challenging problems in the business.
