Applications are invited for appointment as Post-Doctoral Fellow in the Department of Social Work and Social Administration (Ref.:530171),to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
Applicants should possess a Doctoral degree in psychology, social work, statistics, biostatistics, public health, nursing, or a related discipline. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Those with post-qualification work experience in social sciences research projects and advanced knowledge in data analysis (e.g. SEM, MLM) are preferred. The appointee should have good understanding of social sciences research excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as a team. The appointee will assist the Principal Investigator in managing and coordinating several ongoing research projects on health-related issues and is expected to conduct independent scholarly research, draft academic articles, and grant proposals.
