Power Electronics Hardware Engineer_BCSC

Job Description

1. Responsible for the design of automotive OBC/DCDC and other power products
2. Responsible for decomposing customer hardware requirements, designing controller hardware circuits, performance calculation, simulation, verification and testing, and completing related design documents, load box electrical design
3. Responsible for power topology analysis, performance analysis and debugging
4. Responsible for defining Layout design rules with structural engineers and Layout engineers
5. Responsible for other product projects

Qualifications

1. Automotive electronics, computer, automation, control engineering and other related majors
2. More than 3 years of hardware R&D experience, with experience in high-power power supply product (PFC+full bridge/LLC) development
3. Proficient in at least one common schematic tool such as AD, Pads, Zuken, candence, etc.
4. Proficient in power electronics knowledge, such as power semiconductor applications, drive and heat dissipation design, and layout of key components, familiar with PFC, LLC, flyback and other topologies
5. Familiar with the basic principles of analog circuits and digital circuits, and understand MOSFET, OPAMP, Transistor, Driver Characteristics and applications of semiconductor devices such as IC and ADC
6. Familiar with the calculation of common circuit parameters and circuit simulation, and understand simulation tools such as Tina-TI and SPICE
7. Proficient in using oscilloscopes, electronic loads, signal generators, power supplies and other test instruments
8. Strong learning ability, able to quickly adapt to the development of different products
9. Good communication, teamwork and English skills
