Job Description:
Work with Shift leaders and Operators on daily tasks to support/improve and train on continuous improvement actions and tools to uplift performance regarding quality, food safety and operation efficiency.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
. Troubleshooting ability
. New product launch site leader
. Product upgrade (KQA + Factory Feedback)
. MRA of new material
. Non conformity and CCP compliance
. Safety compliance and ergonomic improvements
. Quality and food safety compliance
. Complaint investigations
. Technical training for operators
. Traceability
. KPI Support
. Process capability validation and new capability deployment
. R&D contact window
