Job Description

Pre-sales Consultant

As a Pre-sales Consultant at beBit TECH, you will serve as a critical communication bridge between sales and engineering. In the sales phase, you will act as a value creator, understanding business needs, identifying customer pain points, and planning and designing application scenarios for the beBit TECH MarTech solution OmniSegment. This role is essential in accelerating the customer's purchasing decision process and shortening the sales cycle. Most importantly, you will support the client to have the best total solution from beBit TECH.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team in client meetings to understand and assess clients business needs
  • Provide pre-sales support and problem analysis to help the sales team better understand client requirement scenarios
  • Support product demonstration and presentations, providing relevant scenario support documents and demonstrations based on clients needs
  • Understand customer technical requirements, develop implementation proposals, and assist in providing project quotations
  • Work closely with the product team to ensure product features can seamlessly match original scenario settings
  • Assist in setting up product testing environments related to marketing scenarios
  • Conduct research and analysis of unfamiliar markets to understand the marketing and operational aspects of specific industries and their current stage

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales or project management or consulting experience
  • 1+ years of client-facing experience, adept at understanding and solving complex business problems
  • Good oral expression and communication skills, capable of assisting the sales team in addressing technical questions from clients
  • Strong data analysis and performance analysis skills, with a sensitivity to numbers
  • Good logical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Good team spirit, proficient in cross-departmental collaboration and communication
