Pricing Analyst

General Purpose:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Pricing Analyst. In this role, you will support pricing data management, resolve inconsistent data, identify efficiencies, and provide consistent service related to pricing across the organization. You will collaborate closely with Channel Marketing, Data Analytics, Customer Support, and other cross-functional teams. This position requires strong collaboration, organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment where priorities often shift.

Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Maintain a large-scale pricing database to ensure top-level accuracy with a proper workflow approval process.
• Review requests and update pricing lists for various products to ensure data consistency while providing timely support to internal users.
• Present findings to key decision-makers, translating complex analyses into actionable recommendations.
• Maintain the pricing dashboard and interpret related data metrics.
• Support the development of pricing models, databases, and tools to optimize pricing processes.
• Assist with audits related to the standard pricing approval process.
• Create scalable documentation to ensure operational consistency and efficiency.
• Collaborate on ad-hoc projects related to pricing improvements and reporting.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and spreadsheet analysis.
• Meticulous attention to detail and numbers.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic business environment.
• Previous experience in pricing data management, documentation, and auditing is a plus.
• Familiarity with SQL, MS Access, and Power BI is a plus, but not required.
