Job Responsibilities
Assembly fixture design engineer:
1. Responsible for the design of tooling and fixtures required for CG back cover assembly and production
2. Responsible for fixture production progress follow-up and fixture inspection
3. Responsible for on-site tracking, usage guidance and problem improvement of new product trial production fixtures
4. Cooperate with project, process and other departments to design some test and experimental fixtures
5. Improvement of mass production product fixtures
6. Assist projects and processes to analyze and improve production anomalies, and improve and control anomalies through fixtures when necessary
7. Connect with customers to verify the impact of fixtures on production quality, and improve and test fixtures according to customer requirements.
PM Engineer
1. Develop production plans based on customer needs and coordinate resources to achieve them
2. Track the achievement of production plans daily, send production data in real time, and integrate resources to achieve daily plans
3. Promote improvements in production issues/client issues
4. Coordinate the preparation of QC/PFMEA/DFMEA/CP documents
5. Coordinate the preparation of project DV/PV summary reports
6. Lead the convening of project summary meetings/mass production handover meetings
7. Connect with CS/quality and coordinate resources to meet customer needs
8. Connect with module PM and follow up on project progress.
Coating Engineer:
1. Be familiar with the coating process of mobile phone back cover, and master the equipment and auxiliary consumables related to coating
2. Have the ability to confirm the appearance of the product after coating, and have some understanding of the related characteristics affected by coating
3. Be familiar with the entire process of mobile phone back cover production process, and have the ability to analyze and improve related defects
4. Have a challenging spirit, breakthrough thinking, good pressure-bearing ability and psychological quality, and be able to accept emergency business trips/overtime corresponding to work needs
5. Good communication and understanding skills, work organization and execution capabilities, strong sense of responsibility, able to bear pressure, dare to challenge difficulties, and be innovative and enterprising.
