Job Responsibilities
1. Develop and verify new technical directions and new processes according to the company's business positioning
2. Be familiar with and proficient in at least one of the processes such as CNC, hot bending, polishing, tempering, cleaning, pad printing, etc.
3. Develop and formulate product production processes and conduct test optimization according to product appearance and functional requirements, and collect, analyze and verify new product process data and application introduction
4. Evaluate production feasibility according to the customer's new product development direction and special performance requirements
5. Analyze the causes of abnormal appearance and performance of new products during the verification period, formulate improvement measures, and follow up to confirm the improvement effect
6. Be responsible for the project management of the company's new products from development project establishment to mass production, participate in the company's product project establishment evaluation and feasibility analysis, and formulate project management plans
7. Be responsible for risk tracking and bad management, identify risks in a timely manner and take effective measures to avoid them.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree
Work experience:
More than 3 years of experience in process development positions, 2 years in the current position, and at least 1 year of stay (senior and above personnel can apply for exceptions)
