Job Responsibilities
1. Daily Operations: Responsible for daily administrative work
1. Maintain new supplier master data and price information in the SAP system
2. Organize the information on the supply market, suppliers, etc., and prepare the required information for the supply chain planning report and draft the report
3. Regularly update and publish the BOM cost of new products, conduct BOM cost evaluation of new products, and compile supplier lists
4. Organize various supply chain meetings and prepare various reports
2. Assist in execution: Assist in the execution of a specific task
1. Collaborate with BU and other departments to evaluate new product development plans, estimate BOM costs, propose supplier and parts lists, and track sample progress
2. Assist in supplier selection, inquiry, negotiation, pricing, organize supplier certification, import , evaluation, etc.
3. Manage supply chain strategy reports, assist in coordinating the main material supply chain, and benchmark analysis of the cost competitiveness of main products
4. Develop strategic partner meeting plans, and assist in organizing regular high-level meetings of strategic partners
5. Participate in supply chain risk assessment and the development, standardization and optimization of various processes, establish a supply chain information system, and conduct regular introspection and self-examination
III. Auxiliary support: Provide information collection, data collation and other auxiliary support work for superiors
1. Master the skills and channels for obtaining market information, and be able to obtain the latest market and technical information
2. Conduct supply market research and analysis, collect and organize supplier qualification information, and confirm the implementation results of supplier selection benchmarks and key material selection benchmarks
