Overview
KKday is looking for an innovative Product Campaign Marketing Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to drive product-focused outbound marketing campaigns that boost brand visibility, customer acquisition, and engagement specifically for travelers from Hong Kong to Japan. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in multi-channel campaigns and a collaborative approach, aligning closely with product and business goals to engage and inspire outbound travel to Japan.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute marketing campaigns that support KKday's product launches and seasonal promotions for the Japan market. Ensure alignment with business objectives and traveler interests to increase outbound travel from Hong Kong.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product, regional marketing, and business development teams to create and roll out integrated campaigns aimed at promoting Japan-bound travel experiences.
- Channel Management: Drive and Execute multi-channel campaign execution, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and offline channels. Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
- Creative Direction: Oversee the creation of campaign assets (video, visuals, copy) that effectively communicate Japan-bound travel offerings and engage the target audience.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization: Drive and Execute campaign performance through data analytics, optimize channels to improve ROI, and adjust strategies to better reach and convert the outbound Hong Kong market.
- Market Research & Insights: Conduct competitive and market analysis to keep strategies relevant and innovative for outbound travel to Japan.
- Customer Engagement: Design campaigns that build lasting relationships and loyalty, creating memorable experiences that inspire travel from Hong Kong to Japan.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing campaign management, preferably in e-commerce, travel, or consumer-facing industries.
- Skills:
- Proven experience leading successful marketing campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
- Creativity in campaign ideation and execution, with a solid understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams.
- Leadership: Experience managing a team and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
