Product Designer - Feishu International Operation Growth

1. Responsible for operation channel related products and operation design, and ensure that the design style meets the design specifications 2. Focus on information communication, create a smooth and efficient user experience, and improve user conversion rate 3. Design experiments, and do simple insight analysis based on experimental insights and data 4. Work closely with the development team to promptly solve problems in the design implementation process 5. Design and maintain multi-language versions of the product, and ensure that the language expression is accurate and clear in line with local cultural habits.

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering design, those with overseas study or work experience are preferred 2. More than 1-2 years of product design experience, those with international project design experience are preferred familiar with user experience design process and methods, with good interaction design and visual design capabilities 3. Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Framer, etc. have an exploratory spirit, and have relevant AIGC experience and accumulation 4. Have certain English communication skills, and be able to communicate and collaborate effectively with international teams 5. Have good teamwork spirit and communication skills, be able to withstand work pressure, and complete tasks on time.
