Product Designer - Feishu People

1. Responsible for the UX design work of ByteDance Feishu People, the whole process of design execution, and focus on building design competitiveness 2. Work with product owners and product managers to conceive creative ideas and provide solutions with high-quality product experience 3. Pay attention to the data changes of design product functional points and user satisfaction, and make timely adjustments 4. Always analyze and monitor the design trends of popular products, study the aesthetic tendencies of target users and optimize existing products.

1. Bachelor degree or above, design-related major, more than 4 years of mobile Internet design experience 2. Candidates with project experience in successful commercial products, overall design plan implementation, B-end tool products, data visualization, and design system design experience are preferred 3. Familiar with various design methodologies and flexible application, understand the official design principles and specifications of Web, iOS, and Android 4. Pay attention to details, pursue pixel-level perfection, and have human-computer interaction design and user insight capabilities 5. Have a strong interest in cutting-edge technology and design exploration, strong self-motivation, and experience in driving a team 6. Have a relatively mature product thinking and strong user empathy, and can deeply participate in user research, interaction design, and design prototype development.
