Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the user experience design of Tik Tok entertainment/music related platform products, and support the evolution of product functions 2. Have business awareness, conceive and create with the product, flexibly provide high-quality, global design solutions, and balance the relationship between business, technology and user experience 3. Support the exploration of innovative directions of products or functions, ensure design quality, and promote the improvement of product experience 4. Organize and participate in user surveys, usability testing, etc. to ensure product quality.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 3-5 years of Internet design experience, familiar with iOS/Android design specifications, PC design experience is preferred 2. Proficient in PS, AI, Sketch, Figma and other design software 3. Strong communication, product, and user research capabilities, able to efficiently coordinate multiple resources, propose reasonable design solutions and promote implementation 4. Have a big picture view, experience in product design for independent products or complex modules, good at insight, precipitation and sharing dare to innovate, pursue perfection, have delicate product perception, and good aesthetics 5. Have great enthusiasm for product experience, and experience in social, video, and music product design is preferred interesting soul, love life.
