Role Objective:

The objective of this role is to lead the development and execution of Original Design Manufacturer projects within the Intelligent Medical Solution Division. The Product Manager will oversee the entire product life-cycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring that solutions meet both client and regulatory requirements while driving innovation in medical technology. The goal is to deliver high-quality, cost-effective products that enhance patient care and operational efficiency in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Original Design Manufacturer product life-cycle: from concept, design, and development through to manufacturing and delivery.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production engineering, and marketing, to ensure seamless integration of product features and market demands.
• Define and communicate clearly in product requirements and specifications to Original Design Manufacturer partners.
• Drive product management with the methodology of cost optimization, quality control, and timely delivery by coordinating effectively.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform product development strategies and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the technology or healthcare sectors.
• Prior experience in key account management and Original Design Manufacturer project management is highly desirable.
• The ideal candidate should possess a high level of emotional intelligence and approach problem-solving with a mindset of positivity, optimism, and openness.
