Responsibilities
1. Have a certain understanding of multi-cloud management related field knowledge, be responsible for the product planning, design and iteration of the multi-cloud management platform, combine the refined management of various resources and costs on the cloud, work closely with the business line to achieve efficient resource management, build a service and business dual-perspective resource management view, and achieve the goal of reducing costs and increasing efficiency 2. Responsible for the construction of ByteDance's cloud base capabilities, including main site construction, account permissions, service strategies, service accounts, resource accounts, etc., to provide general basic capability support and a rich cloud platform ecosystem for sub-platforms stationed in Byte Cloud 3. Work closely with various technical and business departments to open up the company's full chain of resource transactions and cost operations, including resource orders, expense management, budget preparation, demand management, resource delivery, resource use, bill calculation, pre-realization analysis, etc., assist technical and business teams to see the composition of resources and costs, conduct multi-dimensional cross-analysis and perspective analysis of costs, and examine cost effectiveness in combination with business operating indicator data 4. Independently complete product research and write demand documents, work closely with business, development and other departments, and work with the team to promote product development in a planned and rhythmic manner, gain insight into industry product and technology trends, conduct industry analysis, collect potential needs, determine product core indicators, track product indicators, and conduct data-driven product management.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer, software engineering, information technology and other related majors are preferred 2. More than 3 years of experience in cloud computing or related products, familiar with multi-cloud management platform products, and understanding of FinOps is preferred 3. Excellent demand analysis, product design and project management capabilities, able to independently promote the full life cycle management of products 4. Good communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively collaborate with different departments 5. Have a keen insight into new technologies and industry trends, and be able to quickly adapt to changes and make decisions.
