Product Manager - Customer Service Platform - Buyer Experience

1. Responsible for customer service product planning, goal setting and strategy analysis for the buyer experience of ByteDance's international e-commerce business 2. Able to gain insight into the pain points of user, business and agents needs based on user voice and data mining, and collaborate with the team to solve problems, get results and improve user experience 3. Develop a coordination mechanism to ensure efficient operation of upstream and downstream organizations and internal operations.

1. More than 2 years of experience in Internet products, with experience in customer service products or e-commerce business products preferred, international e-commerce experience is preferred 2. Understand the mainstream products in the market, have keen insight, and have good analytical insights into user experience 3. Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility and motivation, and have certain project management experience 4. Strong stress resistance and self-motivation.
