Role The Product Manager is responsible to develops products strategy and promotional tactics. Has good capability to achieve financial targets. Good collaboration with cross-functional department or ex/internal key stakeholders (e.g. sales team, inventory, digital marketing, finance controller, etc.)
Responsibilities
Development and well conduct marketing strategy & brand plan independently
Execute cycle plan and align with Sales team/ComEx/Medical team
Independent manage financial targets including sales forecast, inventory management, A&P allocation & tracking
Independent to engage with external customers
Has capability to exchange market insight to Digital Marketer and co-create the best digital strategy
Expectation
Must be pro-active and results-oriented
Excellent written and verbal communications, management and leadership skills
Excellent organizational skills. Ability to multi-task and follow through on tasks a must
Strong sense of teamwork, dignity, integrity and respect
Proficient experience in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Knowledge of branding, pricing and market research strategies with respect to these therapeutic areas necessary
Strong cross-functional relationships.

Must have
Direct marketing experience in pharmaceutical industry
Independent experience to own branding, pricing and market research strategies
Well organize and connect cross-functional communication
