Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in pharmaceuticals or medical device marketing.
• Over 2 years of experience in self-paid pharmaceutical or medical device markets.
• Experience with clinic channels is preferred.
• Detail-oriented and open to learning from others.
• English proficiency: TOEIC score of 750800 or Japanese N2 level; moderate or higher fluency in spoken English.
• Must have vaccine experience.

Job Description:

• Execute product positioning and strategic planning as per organizational needs; manage product life cycle extensions.
• Develop annual marketing plans for assigned products according to strategy.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze product data, and conduct product-related training.
• Build strong relationships with high-use customers and reinforce market activities to communicate product value.
• Explore potential vaccine markets beyond traditional channels (e.g., clinics).
• Manage demand forecasting, production, and inventory quality for responsible products.
• Oversee public sector bidding execution.
