- Succeeded in launching product series and achieved targeted business growth by building practical and tactical product strategies.
- Requires close communication & working with R&D, manufacturing, customer service, finance, sales, marketing, and other cross-functional organizations. To ensure successful business development before and after product launch.
- Product development/life-cycle management.
- Plan and execute product promotions strategy with the marketing
- Responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Regional Sales Support and Key Accounts management. Critical project RFP/RFQ/RFI responses.
Requirement for the position
- Bachelor or above in Electronic / Electrical Engineering or related majors
- Language: Fluent in both spoken and written English
- 38 years of professional experience in Computer related fields.
- Self-motivated to learn new technologies and participate in the new market trends, and the ability to work under fast cadence.
- Strong teamwork, task prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
