The Product Manager will be responsible for the strategic planning, market analysis, and access strategies to maximize the adoption and penetration of products in the Taiwanese market. This role requires a blend of skills in product management and market access, focusing on understanding the market dynamics, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring that products are both accessible and aligned with market needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for product launch, brand development, and market access, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Conduct detailed market analyses to inform product positioning and access strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Regulatory Affairs, and Marketing, to ensure a cohesive approach to product management and market penetration.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare providers, payers, and policymakers to promote product adoption.
- Lead market access negotiations and manage relationships with payers and healthcare authorities to secure product reimbursement.
- Monitor competitive activities and regulatory changes to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Provide training and support to sales teams and ensure they are equipped with the necessary product knowledge and strategic insights.
- Prepare and present market access and product performance reports to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management and market access within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of successful product launches and developing market access strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the capability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate and operate in the Taiwanese market.
