SWAG Live is a leading global media and entertainment company that produces and distributes premium adult streaming content to worldwide audiences across both web and app platforms. SWAG Live continues to grow its global footprint and is looking to hire a Product Manager.
Responsibilities
- Capable of leading and executing specific projects, ensuring successful and timely delivery.
- Establish project or feature goals and assess effectiveness. And track responsibilities to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Possess competitive analysis skills to understand competitors and the product.
- Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between development and business teams.
- Capable of identifying and defining risks, and assisting the supervisor in taking corrective
- measures to address project risks. Also be able to handle urgent and unexpected events and keep supervisors informed.
- Collect, analyze data and feedback to drive effective product features and optimizations.
- Possess competitive analysis skills, understand product positioning and advantages in the market.
- Plan and manage product roadmaps that align with product positioning and value propositions.
- Use data-driven approaches for decision-making based on data analysis.
- Establish effective learning pathways for junior PM.
Requirements
- 5+ years as a PM in product management
- 3+ years of experience in the B2C software industry or platform product industry.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to think clearly, analyze
- quantitatively, problem-solve, support scope of requirements and prioritize
- Fluency in English language.
- Experience with a growth-stage startup.
- Articulate a vision and strategy in a way that inspires and motivates a team and focuses their energy on achieving business goals.
