Job Title: Product Marketing Specialist
Role Overview: As a product marketing specialist, your primary responsibility will be to focus on successful positioning and go-to-market strategies for products. You will work closely with the product management team to understand product features deeply and translate them into value-driven marketing strategies. While experience in operations and marketing is a plus, it is not a requirement. We value your passion for cryptocurrency and your eagerness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the product team to design the business logic for financial products. Planned and optimized product usage processes to improve the user experience.
- Conduct market trend analysis, develop and implement product marketing strategies, including market positioning, planning for related products and features, and enhancing product competitiveness.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure smooth product operations.
- Track and analyze data in real time, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Drive the execution and management of new financial product projects. Track and resolve issues within projects.
Experience Requirements:
- At least 1 year of product management experience (PM) in the cryptocurrency, banking, or fintech sector. If lacking this experience, you must have a strong interest in cryptocurrency.
- Understanding of product lifecycle management, with the ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly messaging.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies, market research, and competitive analysis is a plus.
- Experience using data analytics tools to track product performance and market trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passionate about the rapid developments in the cryptocurrency and fintech fields.
Bonus Skills (Not Required):
- Experience in marketing or operations.
- Familiarity with Web3 or blockchain CEX/DEX platforms.
