Job Summary:
The Product Operations Manager will be responsible for operations management throughout the product lifecycle, continuously optimizing and improving product operations strategies through user feedback and data analysis to create a superior user experience that not only meets the needs of external HCPs and patients, but also satisfy internal user's expectation.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the user operation of the product, understand user needs and preferences through user behavior analysis, user research, etc., and provide personalized user service and support.
Analyze and interpret product operation data, discover user behavior patterns and opportunities, and put forward corresponding optimization suggestions and measures to improve the user experience and operation effect of the product.
Develop a product's operational strategy, work closely with the collaboration team to innovate user acquisition channels and retention programs, drive product growth, and create impact/value for both HCPs and patients.
Coordinate among different internal and external key stakeholders to make sure the product operations activities maintain the highest quality and speed requirements and in align with key stakeholders expectations.
Make sure the product operations activities comply with relevant SOP governance requirements.
Education and Experience:
At least 3-5 years of experience in product operation
Experience with healthcare industrys product operation is preferred
Excellent user operation strategy and data analysis capabilities
Strong user thinking or strong interest in user operation is preferred
Bachelor's degree is requiredMaster's degree preferred
Technical Skill Requirements:
Excellent sense of teamwork/collaboration
Strong analytical and strategic skills
Excellent oral and written communications capabilities and presentation skills
Excellent English and Mandarin Chinese skills
High attention to detail, precise and accurate delivery of work
Strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal communication, and coordination skills.
