Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the operation of hot events, ensuring that relevant content is provided to search users in a timely manner work with PM and RD teams to improve and implement strategies, and promote the improvement and optimization of key product indicators of search functions 2. Monitor and quickly respond to major news events and hot topics ensure high-quality search experience in high-traffic scenarios, while reducing risks and resolving potential experience issues 3. Independently monitor and follow up on hot topic operational projects from planning to execution, including the creation of content standards and project SOPs ensure that all key project nodes are met and aligned with operational standards 4. Conduct in-depth investigations to lay the foundation for product iterations evaluate the impact and effectiveness of newly implemented features to ensure compliance with strategic goals and user experience 5. Collect and analyze search user feedback and related data to output effective insights and contribute to the strategy improvement and optimization process 6. Effectively manage and adapt to temporary projects and urgent business requests, and solve problems flexibly and proactively.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above fluent in English, can be used as office language 2. Have working experience in content operation/hotspot operation/product operation roles 3. Strong judgment of news events and sensitivity to hot topics, and the ability to respond quickly to news events 4. In-depth understanding of content, especially short video content sensitive to content experience and user behavior strong analytical ability, discover and solve problems through data 5. Excellent communication skills, able to work and coordinate effectively across teams flexible, adaptable, proactive, and adapt to the fast pace of change.
