Responsibilities
1. Focusing on online transactions and offline store fulfillment scenarios, lead the team to sort out and summarize the usability of tools from the perspective of merchant operations, work closely with business lines, continuously optimize and iterate related business strategies, and help merchants improve operating efficiency 2. Design an effective problem feedback process, drive product iteration, continuously improve product usability and satisfaction, and form competitiveness 3. Organize and coordinate the summary of product requirements from multiple parties, optimize product card points and dynamic lines across scenarios, and organize pre-user surveys to form effective product decision-making information.
Qualifications
1. More than 5 years of experience in Internet product operation, relatively rich team management experience, responsible for the implementation and delivery of company-level projects, and have mature product operation methodology precipitation those with cross-scenario serial solutions or methodology productization experience are preferred 2. Have a deep understanding of the business elements of instant retail merchants, have merchant product operation/merchant operation experience, and have the ability to comb and connect the full-link business across scenarios and products 3. Have excellent collaboration capabilities, and be able to efficiently and high-quality promote the implementation of complex cross-team key projects to ensure project success 4.
