Responsibilities
1. In-depth understanding of search or AI big model data, with relevant technical knowledge and data sensitivity, and accurate judgment of result quality and user experience from the user's perspective 2. Proficient in the entire process of project management, including quality, efficiency, time and risk management, and able to reasonably allocate resources to ensure that the project achieves the expected goals and efficiency 3. Have a strict control awareness of costs, and effectively improve the input-output ratio by optimizing processes and improving efficiency 4. Build and maintain a quality control system to ensure that the quality of all work links meets the expected standards 5. Continue to pay attention to industry dynamics and technological development trends, actively introduce and iterate tools and methods, and stay at the forefront of technology 6. Have a high degree of flexibility and adaptability, be able to effectively manage and adapt to temporary projects and urgent business requests, and proactively and quickly solve problems.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, fluent in spoken English, can be used as a working language 2. Have more than 3-5 years of project operation or product operation experience 3. Proficient in using data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL, and have good data acquisition and analysis capabilities 4. Have a deep understanding of content, especially short video content, and be sensitive to content experience and user behavior 5. Have excellent communication skills, can effectively work and coordinate across teams, and those with search recommendation or AI model experience are preferred.
