Chair Material Review Board (MRB) and manage disposition of non-conformance Material.

Ensure all in-line excursions (PAAT or MRB) are properly captured, held, and disposed based on QA judgement and assessment on risk and corrective actions.

Set up KPIs for measuring performance against the objectives and present those KPIs at internal management meetings.

Maintain and strengthen quality standards for processes in all aspects related to product manufacturing.

Identify & implement quality driven improvement initiatives. Establish quality programs and process control plans for early detection of issues and to ensure the highest level of quality and reliability is consistently delivered.

Closely work with customer quality engineering team to investigate and resolve customer quality and performance complaints.

Conduct regular audits and inspections of production facilities to evaluate adherence to quality control standards and practices.

Strong quality engineering skills in technical, statistical knowledge, failure analysis, presentations, and program management experience.

Strong skills and experiences in SPC, Mintab, Jmp, and data analytics.

Familiar with APQP, PPAP, SPC, PCP, FMEA, MSA, 8Detc.

Self-starter, high self-organizing skills and team player.

Experience in semiconductor industry / assembly processes especially in molding is a plus.

VDA6.3 / VDA6.5 / IATF16949 certifications are a plus.
