Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the operation of home delivery business products, responsible for the quantity and competitiveness of platform products 2. Based on industry characteristics and business stages, define business indicators (quantity, information, price, etc.), and coordinate with relevant parties to achieve business goals 3. Actively understand user needs and industry trend changes, formulate effective product selection/promotion strategies to meet different business scenarios and improve conversion rates 4. Responsible for the management of the entire product life cycle, including the cold start of new products, the incubation and retention strategies of hot products, and the optimization of the product dynamic sales structure 5. Responsible for the research and implementation of product projects, such as user product preference research, new product selection strategy, and efficiency improvement of product subsidies by category, etc., to precipitate product operation methodology.
Qualifications
1. More than 5 years of Internet operation experience, those with experience in e-commerce and O2O product operation are preferred 2. Able to go deep into the business and find problems and opportunities from it, good at formulating strategies, and coordinating with relevant parties to promote implementation and get results 3. Proficient in using data extraction and data organization tools, with good data analysis capabilities, and use data to guide the achievement of operational goals 4. Have good communication and collaboration skills, can efficiently collaborate with internal and external teams, and promote continuous progress in operations 5. Strong learning ability, good stress resistance and self-drive, and teamwork spirit.
