Job Description
- Implement merchandising plans for categories and allocate resources appropriately
- Execute product pricing strategies
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, logistics) to ensure product availability and performance
- Conduct regular analysis on product performance and recommend actionable improvements
- Stay updated on market trends to support competitive pricing and product strategy decisions
- Maintain accurate records of product data, pricing in relevant systems
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns tailored for different sales channels to drive revenue growth
- Plan and deploy merchandising materials, POSM, in-store merchandising with VM to attract the customers attention
- Prepare reports and initiate.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business, supply chain management, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in product management, inventory control, or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with relevant software management tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to travel
