Ensure production is completed as per production schedule and priorities. Work under the leadership of the supervisor and be responsible for the management of shift production.
Ensure that all safety regulations are strictly implemented, no work-related injuries occur, and find the causes of accidents and near misses.
Complete all process quality checks according to the established process
Responsible for the allocation of staff time.
Continuously check and communicate the achievement of goals.
Monitor technical status, take action with maintenance and engineering departments to solve problems that occur, and maintain and Improve.
Work with Quality Department to solve short-term quality problems and initiate the resolution of systemic quality issues.
Work with Quality Department to identify new ways to produce high-quality products.
Work closely with Continuous Improvement Department and Transformation Department to improve product quality. Working with the foreman to use lean production tools to improve production efficiency, reduce costs, Less waste.
Participate in continuous improvement projects and take actions to support new management measures.
Train team members to complete work tasks, and host team meetings with others to ensure the resolution of daily problems and team building.
Understand and comply with all standards, regulations and procedures of the company, factory and laboratory regarding personal behavior, safety, health and environmental protection, and product safety compliance, and be responsible for the management of safety, health, environmental protection and sanitation in the shift workshop and on-site emergency response command during the shift.
College degree or above.
More than five years of work experience in chemical plants.
More than two years of production management experience.
Able to adapt to shift work.
Have certain English reading and writing skills.
Familiar with the safety, health and environmental protection system and have experience in safety, health and environmental protection management.
