Programme Manager (at the rank of Executive Officer) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref: 530445) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totaling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a good bachelor's degree with at least 3 years solid work experience, preferably in taught postgraduate programme administration and student affairs. They should be a good team player and self-starter with positive attitude, be attentive to details, with the ability to multitask and work independently. A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is required and fluency in Putonghua would be an advantage.
The appointee will provide support to the administration of taught postgraduate degree programmes in the Faculty, including admissions, programme operations, academic coordination, and interaction with prospective candidates, students and other stakeholders. He/She will also perform other duties as assigned. The appointee will work at the Faculty's Cyberport campus. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
