This is a fixed-term contract position with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.
Responsibilities:
- Providing technical assistance in design management and site supervision of the systems works, e.g. Security Access Control System, CCTV System, Trunk Mobile Radio System, Structural Cabling System, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Systems, etc.
- Ensuring that the consultants / contractors proposals and works are technically sound and safe
- Undertaking interface/coordination works related to systems works
- Review of submissions and technical reports
- Monitoring statutory submissions of the contractors and consultants design works
- Providing technical supports to site supervision teams, including responding to requests for information and preparing of design change documents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics Engineering or other related disciplines
- Member of HKIE or other equivalent professional bodies is preferred
- At least 6 years relevant experience
- Possess sound technical knowledge in the design and implementation of the Security Access Control System, CCTV System, Trunk Mobile Radio System, Structural Cabling System, Public Address System, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Systems, etc.
- Experience in the management of system integration projects for design, planning, construction and site supervisory works
- Strong communication, analytical and negotiation skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office applications and project management software tools
- Possession of valid Hong Kong driving license (Class 1, 2) is preferred.
