This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 2 years with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Manager in supervision of the contractor's works in electrical, mechanical and control systems
- Coordinate with maintenance and operation teams to facilitate the project implementation on electrical, mechanical and control systems
- Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure the project implementation works are conducted in safe and efficient manner with minimal impact to daily operations
- Carry out regular inspection on electrical and mechanical installation to ensure it complies with statutory requirements and required quality standards
- Identify design and construction issues and liaise with relevant parties to provide effective engineering solutions
- Coordinate with internal parties for handover inspection, testing and commissioning of new assets
- Perform shift duties including overnight shift if required
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or Higher Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services Engineering or other related disciplines with at least 10 years relevant working experience in maintenance, construction and/or project management of electrical or mechanical related engineering works.Degree holder with 6 years relevant working experience will also be considered
- Solid experience in airport works and/or sizable airport facilities under a live operating environment is an advantage
- Proactive, service oriented and be able to work under pressure
- Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Possess a valid HK driving license (class 1, 2) is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
