Job Description

Management of projects in matrix organization with cross functional teams to achieve project goal.

Job Responsibilities

. Management of projects in matrix organization with cross functional teams (R&D, purchasing, quality, manufacturing)
. Establishing team resource needs, financial justification, schedules to achieve project goal
. Product specification compliance, related manufacturing process availability, time to market, cost control and value creation delivery
. Supporting communication internally and externally to customers when needed
. Ensuring project execution is done per Danfoss product development process

Background & Skills

. Bachelor degree or above with Mechanical related major
. With more than 6-10 years related working experience, especially on project management
. Customer and business oriented mindset
. Ability to work in a matrix organization & complex environment
. Fluent in English
. High level of communication skills
. Excellent organizational skills, analytical skills, well developed interpersonal skills and numeracy skills
. Ability to motivate people with great management and leadership skills
. Ability to lead project team to solve a complex problem in project
