What you have to do
- Responsible for the full spectrum of project management cycle. Develop the project process plan and negotiate with both internal stakeholders and customers
- Keep track of the project progress and report to both internal and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables
- Conduct regular meetings with functional parties to gather business requirements, thus to provide professional consultation to stakeholders
- Assist in the integration testing, system testing, UAT and all kinds of implementation activities
- Supervise and support junior colleagues on project risks measures, and ensure project delivery accordingly to the project milestones
What you need to have
- Bachelor in logistic management, automation, Information Technology, or related disciplines
- 6+ years of solid experience in project managements
- Familiar with warehouse management or solution designs in logistics, 3PL, automation, etc.
- Knowledge in project management methodologies and tools
- Proficient in AutoCAD, WMS or other IT infrastructure is a plus
- Organized and attention to details, with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, both Cantonese and Mandarin
- Overseas business travel is required
