Project Manager - HRMS

Must-Have

Bilingual with Cantonese (Must) and English capability

1. Experience in managing HRMS(Preferably Peoplesoft) migration/transformation projects.
2. Experience in starting and managing projects from Kick Start stage
3. Vendor selection experience.

• Drive, plan and direct all IT project activities to ensure that project objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frames and funding parameters.
• Analyse and review project proposals or plans to determine time frame, funding limitations, sourcing approach, delivery method, dependencies, procedures for accomplishing projects, negotiate staffing requirements to various project phases
• Cross-teams and crossdepartment collaboration with stakeholders to drive business and technology innovation to achieve business unit's strategic plan and business objectives
• Manage the dynamic project team of individuals. Provide thoughtful leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the project life cycle.
• Responsible for on call support, as project required.
• Manage delivery of Grow and Transform projects in Customer and Commercial area.
• Actively foster a continuous learning and cross-team knowledge sharing culture among project delivery groups.
• Collaborate with Project Practice Manager to improve project management practices across all IT projects. Drive and implement necessary standard and best practices for project management and ensure compliance
• Attention to detail, and ability to organise and prioritize workload for the team.
• Communicate and escalate risks and issues clearly and concisely and to support management with the preparation of action plans.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends in technology and project management practices, ensuring timely exploration and proactively communicate IT's position towards the introduction of relevant / key emerging technologies
• Proactively coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and subcontractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
