Project Officer

Your Role

• Assist in the tender process for project related procurement, including drafting tender documents, evaluating bids, and recommending vendors or supplier
• Collaborate with team to have financial forecasts, budget preparation and report for the projects
• Coordinate financial transactions such as invoicing, payments, budget transfers with finance team
• Reconcile invoices, process payments and maintain accurate financial records for the internal teams
• Manage Equipment virtual warehouse inventory

To Succeed in the Role

• Higher Diploma/Degree holder or above in related disciplines with at least 1-3 years experience in administrative support
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and experience in managing budget is desirable
• Experience ondaily work flow enhancement by automationwill be an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong attentiveness to details with the ability to work independently and under pressure
• Candidates with moreexperience will be considered as Senior Project Officer
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
