Surgical Instruments and Container Projects Execution
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
- Evaluate market trends, market shares, customers behaviors, competitive landscape to identify project opportunities for existing and/or new products/services.
- Identify, research, evaluate, and pursue business development opportunities, for example sales, projects, consulting engagements, partnerships, alliances, that will contribute to the organization's short and long-term business goals.
- Coordinate and collaborate activities of diverse teams, including regulatory specialists, product and marketing specialists.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Provide advisory services and assistance to customers especially in the planning with regards to project products.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality and regulatory requirements.
- Secure prices in highest level as possible.
- Ensure compliance with B. Braun Code of Conduct, and organization's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct project evaluations and assessment of results.
- Proactively identify changes in the trend of healthcare industry, competition and reimbursement prices and work with Market Access team to develop detail analysis, to modify strategies and tactics accordingly.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with territory managers to establish effective direct project sales strategies and contribute to business unit's targets.
- Together with Supply Chain Management and Central Marketing Team, closely monitor deliveries of project products.
- Establish long-term professional relationships with potential clients, customers, and partners to promote the organization's products and services.
- Manages and resolves customers complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports and making recommendations.
- Actively strengthen professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Establish and maintain appropriate structures to ensure communication, flow of information and documentation within the project.
Communication and Collaboration
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Facilitate effective collaboration among team and cross department members to align, achieve project goals and overcome challenges.
- Regularly communicate project updates and progress reports to stakeholders, including senior management, team members, and cross department members.
- Prepare and present products and services of projects to potential customers and all other stakeholders of hospitals.
- The job function listed is not exclusive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualifications And Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business, marketing, engineering, nursing or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant sales experience in medical device industries.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management in the medical device industry.
