Job Purpose
This position will join to lead a small group of assistant analysts to achieve daily measurement and QC tasks. This position will also well control the balance of resources and budget for the responsible scopes and deep knowledge for the technology and real practices. Also, it's necessary to work on basic design engineering activities (QC methods/ tool principle and operation/ improvement) for the assigned projects, and join to lead entire projects of moderate complexity to achieve process optimization, quality improvement, CAPEX execution target and so on.
Your Role
- Manage the methods for dedicated fields and product quality (product/method/tool/flow).
- Leading quality system and process continuously improvement and dig out potential risk with prevention activity for responsible scopes furthermore for Tollers related.
- Closely team collaboration to drive safety and quality improvement through OE and EHS processes.
- Methodology maintenance, confirmation, and develop new methods for purpose.
Who You Are
- Bachelor degree (or above) in chemical/chemical engineering
- 3-5 years of working experience in quality control in technology industry
- Fluent English both written and spoken
- Semiconductor industry experience is a plus
- Able to manage, execute, and complete projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
- Able to create and deliver clear and compelling presentations to diverse audiences, and to effectively communicate complex ideas and information.
