Responsible for the quality and efficiency analysis of the TikTok test team 2. By measuring the core quality and efficiency indicators, comprehensively analyzing the quality health and team efficiency of the current team, you can gain insight into the essential problems and help the team make further decisions or analysis 3. Disassemble the factors that improve the quality and efficiency of the test team, investigate and analyze data changes, and make effective attribution 4. Build the data BI capabilities of the quality operation team, and be good at summarizing the precipitation analysis methodology and data efficiency tools.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in statistics, computer science, mathematics, more than 2 years of relevant work experience in data analysis, and those who understand the Internet R&D test process are preferred 2. Proficient in 1 to 2 languages such as SQL and Python, with experience in building dashboards and conducting quantitative analysis, visualization and reporting 3. Excellent communication and logical thinking skills, structured thinking, keen data insight, rigorous and meticulous, and curious 4. Have excellent organizational and collaborative skills, self-driven work, and resilience those with overseas living/studying experience are preferred.
